Infectious Disease Genomics Symposium

Edinburgh Infectious Diseases and the One Health Genomics Edinburgh networks are delighted to co-hosting this one-day event.

We will be joined by Prof Johannes Krause from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, who uses ancient DNA to investigate the evolution of humans and their pathogens, alongside a fantastic programme of Edinburgh speakers presenting exciting new work in plants, animals, humans, and aquaculture.

About Johannes Krause

There will also be poster sessions throughout the day, and opportunities for poster pitches by ECRs.

The full programme will be confirmed early in the summer when registration will open. For now, please save-the-date – 6 September 2024 – we hope to see you there!
