Information held by us may include your name, affiliation, physical business address, and email address.

We will store this information until you tell us not to do so.

We will use your personal information to communicate with you via email about activities, events and news of relevance to infectious disease researchers. 

Where you have submitted special information (e.g. dietary or mobility issues) in order to attend events organised by Edinburgh Infectious Diseases, this information will only be shared with necessary third party catering or building management operations.
